Position Summary
The Account Management Liaison will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager in daily activities. The Account Management Liaison will also assist in performing general operational duties such as various reporting and scheduling.
Additional Responsibilities
· Works with account managers to enter client leads into databases and ensures accurate tracking and client activity and status.
· Utilize current systems to schedule and confirm interviews for the account management and recruitment teams as well as assist in supporting all logistical components.
· Assists in maintaining all necessary databases used for input of new information and updates existing information.
· Collaborate with credentialing to ensure that all malpractice information is updated and accurate on a consistent basis, including monitoring actual days worked and truing up final days at the end of the clinician’s assignment
· Review solicitations and new bids daily, build out within Salesforce, distribute to recruitment team, and notify associated account manager(s).
· Reviews facility-specific rules and regulations to ensure constant compliance with all internal processes.
· Supports the recruiters in reviewing resumes submitted in a timely manner and verifying for accuracy.
· Works with recruiters to help generate leads through various channels, groups and referrals.
· Verifies healthcare credentials including but not limited to conducting necessary background checks, verifying references and certification/ license information is current and unencumbered.
· Participates in any designated account management events and actively seeks out new prospects and clients.
· Functions as a resource including mentoring/coaching staff.
· Promotes and supports a positive working relationship, and effective team building.
· Conduct cold calls as needed
· Support time keeping functions as needed
· Attends meetings as requested or required by Tribal Health.
· Assists with additional administrative tasks as requested.

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and additional administrative tools preferred
· Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· Ability to work within a fast-paced, team-focused environment
· Ability to meet multiple deadlines and identify/solve problems
